At Pedesting Corporation (“Pedesting”, “we”, “us” or “our”), we take your privacy seriously. We provide the Pedesting navigation application that assists pedestrians of all abilities to find accessible routes through cities and key buildings. This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information in connection with your use of our application and website (collectively, the “Service”).

This information is important for our analytics of pedestrian modelling that helps us provide the features and functionality of our Service. We also track your use of our Service to audit and improve our services and features.

To supplement our Service. To the extent that you upload photos or descriptions of your route or certain locations to us, we may reproduce those photos and descriptions on the Service to assist other users with their routes. If the photo or description your provide contains Personal Information, such Personal Information may be included in the photo or description that is reproduced on the Service.

For business transfers: We may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred.

For research and development: We may aggregate information about your activities and Personal Information collected from you while using our Service, received from third parties, and collected through tracking technologies. As long as you have an active account with us, we will retain your Personal Information, for as long as necessary to provide our Service and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Information may also be retained and used as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and resolve disputes.
